Senior Financial Controller

We are continuing to execute on the extensive expansion and growth ambitions, hence we make room for a knowledgeable Senior Financial Controller. The role is central in the development of the group reporting function where you will be a valuable contributor to ensure efficiency and quality in financial reporting and drive improvement projects. You will be reporting to the Head of Financial Reporting and be part of a team of 7 highly skilled and engaged professionals.

The position can be located in Oslo or Malmö and as you work internationally, some work-related travel will be required.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall financial reporting process for the group, including consolidation, quality assurance and preparation of quarterly reports and the annual accounts
• Support and guide finance functions in the subsidiaries on accounting and reporting matters
• Maintain the group’s accounting manual
• Assess and document complex accounting matters
• Further development of processes and internal control within financial reporting
• Contact towards the external auditor
• Take part in other ad-hoc projects

Job requirements

• Higher degree in auditing and/or accounting
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience from auditing or similar position
• Strong accounting expertise and experience in preparing group accounts
• Significant expertise with IFRS and reporting for listed entities
• Excellent skills in English both written and oral
