We are looking for a Head of Operations to lead our Norwegian business to ensure we deliver high customer satisfaction, while also providing an excellent happiness and life quality at work for our people.

Your responsibilities are 

  • Hands-on lead and develop the day-to-day operations in Norway with approx. 110 employees ensuring efficient and high quality output.
  • Assume responsibility for Heimstaden being renowned for excellent customer service and high occupancy levels.
  • Operate best-in class rental process with a commercial mindset in a highly competitive market.
  • Lead, engage, develop and enthuse the local team. Work with continuous development and build a culture that reflects our values, Dare, Care, Share to build a Friendly Workplace.
  • Assume full PnL responsibility for operations. Ensure timely and accurate budgeting, reporting and follow-up in accordance with group policies, guidelines as well as any external regulations and laws.
  • Partake in operations group management and take the overall perspective to improve the operations as a whole.
  • Actively drive our business forward, challenging yourself and the group with initiatives in the digital arena, helping us work more effectively with increased quality.
  • Deliver on KPI:s related to our strategic pillars Customer Centred, Friendly Workplace, Efficient & Innovative Operations and Commercially Outstanding


Recommended qualifications to succeed in this role

  • Minimum 7 years from working in similar roles with personnel and larger budget responsibility in an international company.
  • Relevant background from within real estate (housing or commercial), hotel/hospitality, energy sector or services
  • Solid financial knowledge and skills and a proven successful track record from build-up/change assignments with positive results (increased income/margins/effectiveness/culture change/cost cutting etc.)
  • Experience from working in a fast entrepreneurial environment in a multinational setting and are used to navigating in a matrix structure
